Good evening all. We have recently published the free to play version of Adventure Mates on google play store. The first two levels are totally playable. No adverts, no in-app purchases, only pure fun. Go and download it, and don't forget to tell us what you think, your feedback is important for the future of this game.
Right, it's 11 now, and I had a long day, good night everybody, sleep well.
P.S.: the single player update is on the way, I already made two different AI engine, but I'm not going to release it until it can beat me on any level.
As being new on the market, we are so happy to have visitors and even some downloads on the very first days of our game, "Adventure Mates". But no time to take a day off, or celebrate, we are planning our first update for the game, not because of any known issues, but to give a really important yet missing feature for our players : the single player mode. Although it meant to be a two player "board game" in the first place, I think not everyone have a sibling or a friend to hand all the time to play against.
My girlfriend particularly loves the game and plays it well (crafty young bird), her way of playing and her tactics inspired me for a tricky AI system I like to develop now. The path is clear, I just have to fill myself up with coffee and crack on...
oh, and to see it for yourself, go on Google Play
Hi folks. We are super excited to release our first game on Google Play Store today. It has been a good three months now without sleep, holiday or a single day off... The whole idea behind the game "Adventure Mates" was to design a turn-based role playing game for android, which could also work as a tabletop game, a board game or card game in real life. We know there are thousands of RPGs out there, and turn-based games as well, but we made a game for ourselves in the first place, a game WE wanted to play with, and we still can't put it down until we played through all the levels.
Because of the flexibility of the game, and the engine behind, there could be way more levels included, all with their unique rules, tiles, cards, and so on.. We just had to cut it down, and keep the five best levels to finally share it with you.
We hope you're going to enjoy it, just like we do.
